Making money with your blog

Free ebook that can help with setting up your blog.

The start of a new year makes you review the year that passed and look forward to what will come next. In 2010 I started my own blog. It has been a learning experience to say the least. I had the opportunity to write a column for BizChick Blogs about the 10 things I learned being a new blogger.

My first point was that writing is really a small part of blogging and can be the easiest to do. There is so much that goes into blogging and without the support and expertise of other bloggers, I don’t know how I would have possibly gotten through the year.

One of the best things I found to help in the process is the Income Blogging Guide. This is the most comprehensive step- by- step tutorial on what you need to do to start and maintain your blog.

There are so many details that go into building a blog before you even write your first word. It can be overwhelming and the guide not only answers your questions but it explains the benefits you get with these choices.

This is not only a how-to but even more important it’s a what-not to do when you start your blog. There are tips that include whether you should use free or paid hosting, what should go into your blog, security concerns and how to make money from your blog.

I would recommend this to new bloggers and even those that have been blogging for a while. There are great tips in there that can be easy to forget about even for experienced bloggers. This step-by-step is must have for bloggers.
