JC Penny doesn’t understand shoppers needs

On paper this sounds like it would be great for shoppers to know whatever they want whenever they need it will always be at the best price. The problem is consumers are used to feeling like they got a deal. Even if the reality is that stores raise and lower so much it’s hard for a shoppers to really know what each item is worth, they still like to buy items on “sale”. Continue reading
