Not all customers are equally as savvy when it comes to computers some like to have a call in number to help them placing their orders. Others just want to know if they email you with questions or respond to your social media posts you will get back to them in a reasonable amount of time.
How your customer feels after dealing with your business can be the difference on if they will come back and if they will recommend you to others.
